Welcome to Green Rocket!

 

WHAT WE DO AND WHY WE DO IT:

At Green Rocket we are dedicated to connecting communities and sustainability through collaboration—a passion derived from our long-term commitment to nurturing the planet and our infinite curiosity about the power of communities working together.

 

HOW WE DO IT:  

Focused in Waterloo Region, we do this by creating avenues for local environmental actors to collaborate (one of our pillars) and share resources.  We contribute and host shared resources under Connect (our other pillar of Green Rocket’s website), such as the community Green Book (coming soon!).  In addition to community resources we host a variety of valuable environmental content through blogs, articles, case studies, and related information in our Green Library.

We also recognize that much of the sustainable action happens beyond our digital hub in the offline community.  Accordingly, we are driving and actively collaborating on multiple projects in Waterloo Region – check them out in our “Community Projects” page.
